Lourdes CBD Refunds and Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, the item must be unopened and unused (in its original condition). We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

To return an item, please email a return request with your order number in the subject line to support@lourdescbd.com. In your email, please include the following:

• Name
• Date of purchase
• Reason for return

After you reach out to us, our customer service team will respond with a return authorization (RA) number and a shipping address. All returns must be approved and have an RA number.

When preparing the return, please include the following:

• Original invoice
• RA number and/or return approval email
